the project:
celebrating the endless ways adidas originals can be worn, this campaign shone a spotlight on a franchise of shoes that offers limitless possibilities for self-expression. each pair becomes a canvas, shaped by the personality, style, and attitude of the wearer, turning iconic silhouettes into living, breathing stories of individuality.
to bring this idea to life, we blended the raw energy of urban environments with expressive styling from asos, while staying true to the heritage and authenticity of the adidas brand. the result was a modern, fresh re-telling of the stories behind the samba, gazelle, and spezial, three classics reimagined through the lens of today’s culture.
execution was key. we dialled up the photography to craft bold, arresting visuals made to stop people in their tracks, whether out-of-home, on e-commerce platforms, or across social feeds. layered with behind-the-scenes content, the campaign created a mix of polish and authenticity that elevated the adidas originals franchise while sparking inspiration in audiences.
